THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matter under consideration is a complaint seeking a determination by this Court that certain debts allegedly owed by William F. Casler, Sr. (Debtor), to Frances L. Casler, Plaintiff (Plaintiff), should be determined by this Court to be nondis-chargeable pursuant to § 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
