John Cable was indicted and tried on charges that on February 6 1987, he and Claude Barnes entered the City Hall of the City o: Young Harris with the intent to commit a felony, that he and Barnes set fire to the building, and that he and Barnes thereafter set fire to í vacant home known as the Coleman house. Cable was also indictee and tried on the charge that on March'll, 1987, he and Barnes agaii set fire to the Coleman house. Cable was convicted on the one coum of burglary and the three counts of arson and he appeals.
