MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Anne T. Wadsack, an attorney at law, was appointed guardian ad litem in a divorce proceeding between the debtor and her spouse involving contested custody of the couple’s child. Attorney Wadsack’s statutory duty was to “represent the [best] interests of the child ... as to custody, support and visitation.” 1 The Dane County Circuit Court entered an Interim Order, dated February 10, 1983, assigning custody of the couple’s one child to his father, providing for visitation rights for his mother (the debtor herein), and ordering each…
