Plaintiff, Julia Huff Hancock, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the Seventeenth Judicial District Court, Terrebonne Parish, transferring her suit (for work*48men’s compensation benefits) against her employer, Rite-Care Poultry Company, Inc., and its compensation insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, to the Eleventh Judicial District Court, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, upon said defendants’ exceptions to the jurisdiction over the subject matter (rati one materiae).
