HOLCOMB, Justice.

Randy Clarence Matthews (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for involuntary manslaughter, for which the jury assessed the maximum penalty of twenty (20) years confinement in the Texas Department of Crimi nal Justice, Institutional Division, with an affirmative deadly weapon finding and a fine of $10,000. Appellant assigns eleven points of error. We will affirm the trial court’s judgment.
