WEBSTER, Circuit Judge.
In these consolidated criminal appeals we review the convictions of Gordon R. Swanson and Glenn F. Gaffey, who were found guilty by the trial court 1 of willful failure to file income tax returns for 1970 and 1971, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203. 2 Appellants challenge their convictions upon the basis of (1) unconstitutional selective prosecution, (2) denial of access to documents submitted by the government in camera and (3) failure of the government to prove willfulness.
