Appellant, Judith Braun, Derivatively on Behalf of USA Technologies, Inc., appeals from the March 8, 2017 order sustaining the preliminary objections of Appellees, Stephen P. Herbert, Steven D. Barnhart, Joel Brooks, Alvin F. Moschner, William J. Reilly, Jr., William J. Schoch, Deborah G. Arnold, and David M.
