Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Krogmann, J.), entered May 4, 2007 in Washington County, which, among other things, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff entered into a purchase and sale agreement with defendant to convey a piece of real property commonly known as Anthony’s Nose, contained within a larger parcel known as Great Lot 99, and located in the Town of Putnam, Washington County.
