March 16, 1931, this action in assumpsit was brought in the Wayne circuit and writ of garnishment issued the same day. March, 31, 1931, the garnishee defendant filed disclosure of indebtedness to the principal defendant. March 31, 1931, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against the principal defendant in the United States district court for the eastern district of Michigan, together with schedules of indebtedness, including the debt due plaintiff.
