Before the Court are the Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Amy K. Nor-dhues and Terry L. Wink (Doc. 13)1 and Plaintiff Fair American Insurance and Reinsurance Company’s (“FAIRCO”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 58).
