Raper, District Judge.

This is a suit to set aside a deed to 240 acres of land in Washington county, made by August Lallman, deceased, to his son Albert' and to recover rents and a sum of money *185from Albert, on the grounds of mental incompetency of grantor and undue influence exerted by Albert. The trial resulted in a general finding and decree for defendants.
