The facts pertaining to this motion are recited in my opinion upon a former motion and reported March 19, 1919. In addition, it now appears for the first time that a transcript of the judgment was filed and docketed in the county clerk’s office in the county of New York on the 27th day of January, 1904. Instead of being indexed under MacDonald, it was indexed under McDonald.
