—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered June 16, 1972, convicting the defendant, after trial, of criminally selling a dangerous drug in the second degree and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment not to exceed six years, affirmed. The facts of this criminal case, as adduced at the trial, have been fairly presented in the dissent and do not need reiteration. However, contrary to our dissenting brother, we find that there was no prejudicial error extant at the trial.
