The Montclair-Essex Trust Company, formerly the Montclair Trust Compaq, executor of the last will and testament of Florence Walker, late of the county of Essex, deceased, whose will was admitted to probate in the prerogative court on June 19th, 1922, has presented its first and final account as such executor for settlement, with the suggestion that under the Orphans Court act (Comp.
