The plaintiff brought this suit in equity, seeking to obtain certain relief, in particular, a mandatory injunction requiring the defendant township to remove some buildings and other structures from lands belonging to the plaintiff whereof the defendant township claims to be the lessee. The remaining defendants are the township’s supervisors. After hearing, the learned chancellor filed an adjudication embracing relevant findings and conclusions.
