People v. Graziano

Appeal from an order of the County Court of Albany County (Lynch, J.), dated February 27, 2014, which classified defendant as a risk level three sex offender pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Defendant pleaded guilty in 2007 to the federal crime of possession of child pornography (see 18 USC § 2252A [a] [5] [B]) and was sentenced to 87 months in jail and 20 years of post-release supervision.
