Reversing.

The question presented upon this appeal is whether a corporation engaged in the operation of a railroad is under a duty to maintain cattle guards where a private passway crosses its tracks, at the place and under the circumstances presented in this record, for the protection of the cattle of one of the general public, and other than the one for whom the passway is maintained.
