Appellant Aloma Square, Inc. is not challenging any of the Bankruptcy Court’s findings of fact in this proceeding. Accordingly, the Court adopts the facts as set forth by the bankruptcy court in the opinion below. See In re Aloma Square, Inc., 85 B.R. 623 (Bankr.M.D.Fla.1988).
