LAWSON, Justice.

The appeal is from a final decree of the circuit court of Chilton County, in equity, ordering the sale of an 80-acre tract of land for division of the proceeds among the tenants in common.

*375We will not .attempt to relate the history of the pleadings in detail. The original bill was filed October 2, 1935, and submission for final decree was not had until June 11, 1952. The decree appealed from was rendered July 25, 1952. . Submission here was on May 26, 1953.
