RUDDY, Judge.

In this action for benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act claimant was awarded the sum of $5,385 (less $828.53 paid to the date of the award) for a perma*700nent partial disability, a healing' period and medical aid. This appeal is from the judgment of the Circuit Court affirming the award of the Industrial Commission.
