Appellant, Willie Peterson, received an overpayment of benefits in the amount of $3,105 from the Arkansas Employment Security Department. The overpayment occurred because the department concluded that he had been discharged from his last work for reasons that did not constitute misconduct connected with the work. The Appeal Tribunal, however, reversed that decision. The Board of Review affirmed, and the decision was not appealed.
