ORDER GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT
BAIRD, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is a class action by members of the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (“NRTC”) (“Plaintiffs”) against DIRECTV, Inc. and Hughes Communications Galaxy, Inc. (“Defendants”). The parties notified the Court of an impending settlement on the eve of trial. On September 23, 2003, the parties filed a motion for preliminary approval of the Proposed Settlement and the Proposed Notice of Settlement to Class Members (“Notice”).
