The bill in this case was brought by Samuel Groenendyke, Ellen Groenendyke and Mary McKee, heirs at law of Samuel Groenendyke, Sr., deceased, against Michael D. Coffeen, since deceased, asking to have an account taken in favor of complainants, of the partnership matters of the firm which was composed of Samuel Groenendyke, Sr., since deceased, and defendant, and also asking to have a trust declared in their favor, as heirs of the deceased partner, in one-half of certain lands alleged to have been purchased with funds belonging to the firm, but the title to which was taken in the name of…
