I. INTRODUCTION

This case involves an unsuccessful effort by a disinherited husband to invalidate the trust through which he was substantially disinherited by his wife. By declaratory judgment, appellant William G. Briggs asked the district court to declare his deceased wife’s trust invalid and to have the trust assets put into her probate estate, making them subject to his right of election under Wyoming’s elective share statute.
