MORROW, Presiding Judge.

The offense is murder; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for five years.

The appellant shot and killed Oscar Finley. The appellant is a negro woman and the deceased was a negro man. The evidence suggests that prior to the homicide they had been residing at a lumber camp at or near Groveton. Finley was a workman in the employ of the Rock Creek Lumber Company.
