Terry Eugene Vaughn was convicted by a jury of aggravated stalking, aggravated assault (three counts) and making terroristic threats. He appeals following the denial of his amended motion for new trial. We affirm.

As acknowledged in his brief on appeal, Vaughn and his wife Kara, one of the victims in this case, had a “turbulent” relationship. Kara testified that Vaughn began hitting her after she had their second child and that she left him on several occasions because of the physical violence but would come back to him when he told her he had changed.
