This case comes before us upon the pleadings and agreement of facts and stipulation of counsel for the parties interested, which'appear from the record to be the Guaranty Title'& Trust Company, trustee of'the bankrupt; the First National *153Bank of Huntingdon, which claims certain property set forth in the agreement as having been sold or pledged to it as security for its debt; and the American Car & Foundry Company, which claims certain property set forth in the agreement of facts as its property.
