Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Greenberg, J.), rendered July 10, 1998, convicting him *502of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the Supreme Court did not err in refusing to discharge two sworn jurors. On the first day of jury deliberations, Juror No. 10 informed the Supreme Court that she thought she recognized one of the defendant’s accomplices as “one of the persons who tried to rob her home.” Since Juror…
