This MDL proceeding involving market timing in the mutual fund industry has been pending for approximately four and one-half years.1 Two of my colleagues, Catherine C. Blake and Andre M. Davis, and I have presided over the proceedings. We have organized the MDL by creating separate subtracks for each mutual fund family.
