SILBERMAN, Circuit Judge:

United Airlines, Inc. appeals the district court order directing arbitration of a collective bargaining dispute between it and the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA). We affirm.

The facts are not disputed. UAL Corporation, which is the sole owner of United Airlines, acquired all the shares of Air Wisconsin. UAL maintained the two airlines as separate subsidiaries.
