This is a suit in equity for the construction of a will and has been certified to this Court from the Pro bate Court upon an agreed statement of facts. R. S. (1954), c. 107, § 4, Par. X; R. S. (1954), c. 153, §§ 2 and 32.

The will of John S. Burbank as probated reads in its relevant sections as follows:

“After the payment of my just debts, funeral charges and expenses of administration, I dispose of my estate as follows:
