—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), rendered July 24, 1991, convicting him of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
After entering his plea of guilty, the defendant requested that he be released on his own recognizance pending sentence. The court granted the request, explicitly warning the defendant that should he fail to appear on the scheduled date for sentencing, an increased sentence of 1V¿ to 15 years imprisonment…
