Solomon, J.), rendered July 18, 2005, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of eight years to life, to be served consecutively to a sentence upon a New Jersey conviction, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of directing that the sentence be served concurrently with the New Jersey sentence, and otherwise affirmed.
