Deane v. Rex Oil & Gas Co.

Plaintiff trustee filed the bill in this case to obtain specific performance of an option or agreement for the purchase of land. Prom a decree dismissing the bill, plaintiff appeals.

Subject to certain claimed defects, plaintiff’s bankrupt, Metzger’s, Inc., was the record title owner in September and October, 1945, of the 3 parcels.of land in Lake county which are the subject of the agreement or option.
