Dear Mr. Selby:

This is in response to your request for an opinion on several questions concerning the outcome of the recent school election in the Hamburg School District. Specifically, you note that the District now has five "zones" for the election of school directors, which were all included, in the recent election, in one election precinct. The only contested elections for directors were in zones three and five. Separate tables were set up for each of these zones, with two voting machines…
