This case originated in a petition filed with the Public Service Commission wherein Palmerton Business Men’s Association, the Palmerton Board of Trade, and Robert Mader Post, No. 269, American Legion of Palmerton, were complainants, and the Lehigh and New England Railroad Company, the Department of High ways, Lehigh Township (Northampton County), and the County of Northampton were respondents.
