Following a jury trial, John Sweeder appeals his conviction for three counts of burglary, contending: (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict; (2) the trial court improperly admitted evidence of similar transactions; (3) the trial court failed to dismiss a biased juror; (4) the trial court improperly denied a motion for mistrial based on the State’s failure to comply with reciprocal discovery requirements; and (5) the trial court improperly denied a motion for mistrial based on the testimony of a State witness which related to Sweeder’s character.…
