MEMORANDUM OPINION

EMMET G. SULLIVAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs Remaining Claim for Wrongful Termination [ECF No. 48]. 1 For the reasons discussed below, defendant’s motion will be granted.
