Reversing.

Appellant Smith Ball being in custody under a charge of having confederated with other persons for the purpose of intimidating and alarming others, and for having cruelly and inhumanly beaten and bruised one J. T. Farley, was, upon the motion of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, required to give a bond in the sum of $5,000.00 to keep the peace and be of good behavior for a period of twelve months.
