Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lipp, J.), rendered May 23, 1990, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
We reject the defendant’s contention that the court erred in admitting testimony of the description of the perpetrator contained in a radio report overheard by the arresting officer.
