ORDER AND JUDGMENT*

WADE BRORBY, Senior Circuit Judge.

Defendant Alexander Christian Miles applies for a certificate of appealability *731(COA) to obtain review of a district court order dismissing his motion for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. To obtain a COA, he must show that jurists of reason would find it at least debatable that a constitutional violation occurred and that the district court erred in its disposition of the motion. United States v. Pinson, 584 F.3d 972, 975 (10th Cir.2009). For reasons explained below, we deny the COA application and dismiss the appeal.
