Appeal by the *513defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bárbaro, J.), rendered March 18, 1999, convicting him of burglary in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
