These are appeals hy the City of Newark .from judgments of the Essex County Board of Taxation granting reductions on land and building for the years 1943, 1944 and 1945. The subject property is located at 736-752 Broad Street and is more specifically designated *229as Block 145, Lot 1. Erected thereon is a thirty-six story store and office building. The property lies on the east side of Broad Street between Clinton and Commerce Streets. The frontage on Broad Street consists of 187.55 feet. It has side line depths along Clinton Street of 191.50 feet and along Commerce Street…
