Joseph Leane, as special administrator of the estate of Patricia Leane, deceased (Leone), appeals from the dismissal of his wrongful death complaint against the Joseph Entertainment Group (JEG), with prejudice. Leane raises two issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in finding that JEG owed no duty to Leane, and (2) whether the trial court erred when it denied Leane’s motion for leave to amend the complaint.
