This is an application for a writ of prohibition to restrain respondents from entering a decree declaring the Town of Fallon duly incorporated, designating its classification, or appointing commissioners for calling an election of officers for the town under "An act providing for the' incorporation *226of cities, tbeir classification, the establishment and alteration of their boundaries, the government and disincorporation thereof, and repealing all acts and parts of acts in conflict therewith” approved March 27, 1907. (Stats. 1907, p. 241, c. 125.)
