OPINION
KENNEDY, Justice.
Appellant was convicted in this case, and one companion case, of the misdemeanor offense of official oppression and his punishment was assessed by a jury at confinement in the County Jail for ten days. We affirm.
The evidence in this case, viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, is as follows. Appellant was a peace officer in Cameron County. Two brothers, Gustavo and Teodulo Gonzales, were suspects in a robbery case.
