Price, J.), rendered October 26, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of two counts of assault in the second degree and one count of petit larceny, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to two consecutive terms of 3 to 6 years on the assault counts, to run concurrently with 1 year on the petit larceny count, unanimously affirmed.
