lain this case, plaintiff appeals a trial court judgment dismissing his claims with prejudice against two defendants for failure to state a cause of action. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This suit arises from a March 15, 2008 motor vehicle accident between Richard Reynolds and Robert Bordelon III. Richard Reynolds filed a petition for damages against Robert Bordelon III, and a number of other defendants as a result of the accident.
