Appellant, Gabriel Joseph (“Joseph”) appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court entered after a jury convicted him of buying stolen property.1 We will affirm.
I. FACTUAL AND LEGISLATIVE BACKGROUND
A. Factual Background
Joseph was charged in a one count criminal information for purchasing four stolen tire rims in violation of V.I. Code Ann. tit. 14, § 2101.
