Robert L. Nix died intestate at Billings, Montana, on July 14, 1921, leaving estate in Yellowstone county. On July 19th, Thomas B. Nix, a brother of decedent, filed a petition for letters of administration upon the estate. Before the petition was heard the applicant became indisposed. No action was ever taken on the original petition. On August 20' of the same year, a supplemental petition was filed by Thomas B. Nix, in which he renounced his right to letters and prayed for the appointment of H. G. Knudsen as administrator. Before…
